Log into your Zest account and select the order containing the item you wish to return or report as damaged.
- 2.Provide Quality Details
Upload a brief description and clear photos of the product and packaging to help our quality control team prevent future issues.
- 3.Prepare the Item
For non-perishable goods, securely repackage the item in its original container; for perishables, please follow the specific disposal or return instructions provided by our support team.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once your request is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply store credit to your account within 3-5 business days.
